While his passing is an enormous loss to the animation community, the joy he brought to audiences through these beloved characters will forever continue and always remind us of him.

Eric was so supportive of our efforts with MeTV Toons as well as MeTV's daily cartoon morning show, Toon in with Me. He went above and beyond for us, with his warmth and wit and talent to rival Mel Blanc. We mourn the loss of our dear friend.”

Born on December 7, 1979 in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough, Eric Bauza was born into a family of classic cartoon fans. He first landed a voice acting role while working as a production assistant at Spümcø, Inc., and that led to a prolific voice acting career where Bauza performed in over 400 productions.

Bauza won three Emmys for his work as the modern voice of the Looney Tunes characters. He was well known for voicing most of the Looney Tunes characters, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, Marvin the Martian, and more since 2011.
