Speed Buggy accidentally falls into the ocean and Tinker and Debbie, who jump in to save him, swim to a nearby island to get away from the sharks. There they find a haunted-looking greenhouse and the owner invites them to spend the night before they depart on one of his ships to the South African Grand Prix.
