Solve the Super Friends Decoder riddles

In The All-New Super Friends Hour, each episode included three Decoder segments. The first two segments contained clues, and the last segment gave the answers. The Decoder riddle usually linked back to something going on in that episode of Super Friends, but most of the Decoder challenges were word puzzles. The Decoder riddles would usually be WORD + WORD = PHRASE. Sometimes the phrase would be a rhyme or a pun or other play on words; the end result did not always make perfect sense, but the challenge was mostly a way that the cartoonists got the audience to stick around through the commercials.
