In "Lens A Hand", Dick Dastardly has Muttley photograph the Vulture Squadron in action. In "Vacation Trip Trap", when Dick Dastardly takes a leave of absence, the other members of the Vulture Squadron keep interrupting his time off. In "Leonardo Da Muttley", Muttley imagines he is the great Leonardo DaVinci while he is trying to invent the first flying machine.

Stop Watch Pigeon/Ceiling Zero Zero/Start Your Engines
In "Stop Watch Pigeon", when the General stops by for a visit, Dick Dastardly attempts to use a Yankee Doodle Pigeon lookalike to make him think they've captured the bird. In "Ceiling Zero Zero", the Vulture Squadron use a weather machine to try to drown Yankee Doodle Pigeon. In "Start Your Engines", Muttley imagines that he is the greatest racing driver in the world.

Who's Who?/Operation Birdbrain/Ship Ahooey!
In "Who's Who?", when Dick Dastardly falls out of a plane, falls on his head, and loses his memory, Klunk takes charge of the Vulture Squadron. In "Operation Birdbrain", Dick Dastardly forces the Vulture Squadron to live the life of a bird so they can better figure out how to catch Yankee Doodle Pigeon. In "Ship Ahooey!", Muttley imagines that he is training to become the first swimmer to make it across the English Channel.
