The Peter Potamus Show

Peter Potamus (a purple hippopotamus), and his traveling companion So-So (a monkey), fly back and forth through time in a balloon participating in historic events. Whenever they get into serious enough trouble, as they do in every episode, Peter defeats his enemies with his trademark "Hippo Hurricane Hollar." Other cartoon shorts include, "Breezly and Sneely," and "Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey."

They "volunteer" to fight an ogre plaguing the Kingdom of Camelot. / When Colonel Fuzzby¿s top sled dog, Snow Flake, falls ill, Breezly Bruin replaces him in a race. / When the King insults his royal wizard, the wizard transforms him into a kangaroo!

Calaboose Caboose/Goat-A-Go-Go/Hero Sandwiched

Peter becomes marshal on a train being held up by outlaw Jesse Jimmy. Using his hippo-hurricane holler, Peter sends Jesse to jail in the caboose. / Realizing that he could fire the guards if he had superpowers, the King orders Whirlin' Merlin to transform him into a superhero.
