The Peter Potamus Show

Peter Potamus (a purple hippopotamus), and his traveling companion So-So (a monkey), fly back and forth through time in a balloon participating in historic events. Whenever they get into serious enough trouble, as they do in every episode, Peter defeats his enemies with his trademark "Hippo Hurricane Hollar." Other cartoon shorts include, "Breezly and Sneely," and "Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey."

Peter's time machine sends him and So-So to the Prehistoric Era, a World War I Battle, a pirate skirmish and finally a Western town. / Two foreign spies dress as Breezly and Sneezly to try and steal a top secret project. / The Goofy Guards attempt to evict a sly seal living in the castle's moat.

Debt And Taxes/An Ill Wind/Royal Rhubarb

Peter drops in on a medieval village and volunteers to return the excessive taxes paid to a tyrant by the town. / Sneezly's allergies are bothering him so he and Breezly break into Camp Frostbite once again, where they encounter Colonel Fuzzby while searching for medicine. / Trouble occurs when Irving the Undeserving seizes the King's castle.
