The Peter Potamus Show

Peter Potamus (a purple hippopotamus), and his traveling companion So-So (a monkey), fly back and forth through time in a balloon participating in historic events. Whenever they get into serious enough trouble, as they do in every episode, Peter defeats his enemies with his trademark "Hippo Hurricane Hollar." Other cartoon shorts include, "Breezly and Sneely," and "Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey."

Peter and So-So finds themselves rooting for "the giants" when Jack attempts to steal the goose that lays the golden eggs. / Breezly and Sneezly select Uncle Sam¿s Camp Frostbite as the place to plug in their new icebox, only to become frozen with fear when they discover themselves in the middle of Army war maneuvers. / The King orders the Goofy Guards to practice their fighting skills with the help of a sergeant.

Peter finds himself low man on the totem pole when he encounters a band of Indians, but quickly discovers that the perfect peace pipe is the offering of a Hollywood contract. / Publicity hound Breezly Bruin nearly sends the missiles flying at Camp Frostbite when Strife Magazine arrives for a big picture story. / After being fired, the Goofy Guards concoct a scheme to impersonate a thief and regain their jobs.
