All roads leading out of Nawambi, Africa are completely blocked by the police in search of two diamond thieves, Varsak and Emil. The stolen diamond is the only one in the world large enough to power evil Varsak's laser blaster, a device that will enable him to control the world. Unable to find a car to make the treacherous trek back to their jungle laboratory, they kidnap agile Speed Buggy.
